Quality & Certification
Neptunus aims to deliver the very highest standards of quality. Neptunus not only takes the greatest of care of its products, services and processes, but also of the safety of its people and the environment.
We are members of MUTA (Made Up Textiles Association), CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme) and SAPCA (Sports & Play Construction Association) and, as such, we comply with their Codes of Practice. All our temporary structures are designed and manufactured to BS EN 13782.
We are also proud to have been recognised as an official supplier of temporary buildings (Olympic venues) to the London 2012 Games. Including Evolution structures for the LOCOG Retail Megastore, two McDonald’s restaurants and a three storey hospitality complex for Prestige Ticketing Ltd for the first ever official Olympic venue corporate hospitality.
Quality and customer focus are priorities at Neptunus and this is formally acknowledged with the ISO 9001:2008 certification. ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems. ISO 9001 places the emphasis on customer focus and the quality control resulting from this alongside continued improvement. The system also focuses on process optimisation, purchase management, employee involvement and internal audits.
We always pay a great deal of attention to improving our business processes and serving the customer as broadly and optimally as possible is our priority. With the ISO 9001:2008 certification, it is also externally recognised that our quality-management system has been set up in this way. And this is something we’re proud of.
