Project Coordinator

Neptunus is an international specialist in the design, manufacture and rental of high quality temporary structures for events and temporary buildings for business.  We are pleased to announce that we are looking to expand our team in 2018 and have the following vacancy based at our UK office in Swan Valley, Northampton:
 

                                                  Project Coordinator

 

Working closely with a project director this role will involve all aspects of administering event hire projects.  You would be responsible for assisting with the project management and operational delivery of a range of event projects including Chelsea Flower Show, Royal Ascot and Farnborough Air Show.

Duties will include, producing and keeping records and reports, working with SharePoint and our bespoke computer hire stock system, client and supplier liaison and the opportunity to provide on-site support when necessary.  For the right candidate training will be provided for the role to develop into being personally responsible for delivering a portfolio of smaller event projects. 

Skills required include excellent attention to detail and customer service with the ability to think on your feet, adapt quickly to change and the capability of managing key client relationships.  This is a full-time role that requires complete flexibility to suit the demands of our industry.
