Neptunus builds temporary drinks depot for DIS

Last month DIS BV inaugurated its new temporary drinks depot. The demountable unit, built by Neptunus, covers an area of 2,450 square metres. DIS BV decided to have a temporary drinks depot built to make up for a temporary lack of space that had emerged.

DIS BV has been successful in the filling of bottles and cans for many years. Its customers are large retailers and international brands. The company is focused on responsible business practices, a concept in which Neptunus’ demountable buildings fit perfectly.

The Evolution II is a demountable structure from Neptunus and is one of the most sustainable temporary buildings in The Netherlands. Optimal insulation ensures that heat loss is limited to a minimum. In addition, the building is totally demountable and all its parts are reusable. Factors such as flexibility of the rental period and the ability for quick assembly played a major part in making DIS BV opt for Neptunus.

“During the past few years we have constructed dozens of temporary depots at home and abroad. Very often, Neptunus’ temporary solutions are selected for remodelling or renovation projects for instance. In this case – providing a solution for a temporary lack of space – our demountable buildings were of course ideally suited,” says Neptunus CEO Dorrie Eilers.
