Neptunus Builds Pit Garages for Red Bull Soapbox Race

Red Bull Soapbox Race is an international event in which amateur drivers race homemade soapbox vehicles. On Saturday 16 May 2015 The Red Bull Soapbox Race landed in the Netherlands!

In a mostly flat countryside the most iconic hill is the Cauberg, in the southern town of Valkenburg.  This was the site for the Dutch edition of the race, which was all about speed and creativity. For the first time in history the Red Bull Soapbox Race took place on a 12% incline, with a 480m long track, a chicane and several jumps.

After Red Bull Crashed Ice, Red Bull Ice rink and various racing events, the supplier of energy drinks asked Neptunus to provide all the racing teams with temporary accommodation for use as pit garages. Neptunus was delighted to provide their Mars Pavilions to the 60 teams that took part.

Dorrie Eilers, director of Neptunus said: "These tents were the ideal solution and provided individual units that added style and functionality. We hope that all participants enjoyed this spectacular event and had a lot of fun!”
