Exclusive Louis Vuitton fashion show in Neptunus temporary structure

Paris Fashion Week took place from the 25th February to the 5th March.  Neptunus was contracted to install an Evolution structure at the exclusive “Cour Carree” in the Louvre, Paris for fashion house Louis Vuitton.

Paris Fashion Week shows take place in venues all over Paris and Louis Vuitton secured a most unique site – the “Cour Carree” at the Louvre.  Neptunus installed a 1,600 square metre Evolution structure which was 8m high and used to showcase the latest autumn/winter 2014-2015 collection, “Prêt-à-Porter Femme”.

The structure provided a secure venue and was fitted with large glass windows to maximise the magnificent views of the Louvre’s architecture.
Louis Vuitton specifically wanted to use the courtyard at the Louvre as the setting for their latest show.

They required a temporary structure that befitted the high quality brand and that would blend into the historic setting at the Louvre.  “The Neptunus Evolution ticked all the boxes,” explained Tom Ambaum, Global Sales Director of Neptunus.  “The characteristics of the structure, including the quick installation time, large clear span and ability to hang large loads from the space frame roof, offered many advantages for the fashion show organisers.”
