Sales Support Co-ordinator

Location: Swan Valley | 40 hours

Neptunus is an international specialist in the design, manufacture and rental of high quality temporary structures for events and temporary buildings for business.  We are pleased to announce that we are looking to expand our team and have the following vacancy based at our UK office in Swan Valley, Northampton.

Sales Support Co-ordinator

As sales support co-ordinator, you will play a key role in the administration for our event structures and temporary buildings. You work closely with your colleagues in the field and support them in organisational and administrative areas. You follow up on questions and ensure a timely and complete follow-up to customers and suppliers. Internally, you have intensive contact with colleagues and take care of incoming invoices and assist with supplier payments.

Job specifications:

  • First point of contact for all incoming invoices.
  • Developing and managing administrative systems using Microsoft AX and online Share Point cloud based system.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing requests.
  • Recording all incoming invoices in log and distribute to relevant department
  • Assistance with semipermanent / event supplier payments in liaison with accounts department in The Netherlands and issuing of remittance advice

You are:

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, accurate, critical and good communication and social skills
  • Experience in working with an ERP system and MS Office
