We are pleased to announce that we are looking to expand our team and have the following vacancies based at our UK office in Swan Valley, Northampton.
As a logistics co-ordinator for Neptunus you are an important link between operations and logistics. You work for interesting events like Frieze Art Fair and Cinch Tennis Tournament, but also for interesting temporary projects, for example a temporary sports hall in Shrivenham or TV studio.
You will be coordinating maintenance of our vehicles, ordering supplies for Logistics Office and reactive booking for repairs, resupply and maintenance of alle project specific equipment on site. You support the Logistics Manager and Operations Manager and deal with queries.
Support Logistics manager in maintenance of driver and vehicle records and co-ordinate maintenance and servicing of Logistics vehicles, including Neptunus owned plant & machinery.
Sourcing, ordering & stock control of PPE, management of PPE equipment issued to site teams.
Attend ad hoc meetings as required to support the Operations department.
Check invoices for accuracy against PO & planning in partnership with wider Operations team and resolve any anomalies or errors with supplier.
Manage all requirements for formal personnel accreditation as required by projects throughout the year.
Assist with access to sites for plant and machinery deliveries, suppliers, staff and guests.
Assist with recruitment for logistics operatives including maintaining and issuing paperwork.
Independent, flexible, stress-resistant, cost-conscious and enterprising;
Good communication skills (in word and writing).
You have a technical work and thinking level.
