Second BMW temporary showroom in Hamburg
Neptunus recently created a temporary showroom for a BMW dealer in Hamburg. The company was able to build semi-permanent accommodations under unusual conditions.
Neptunus built a semi-permanent building, the Evolution (750 sq.m.), on top of a parking garage. The accommodation was commissioned by a BMW dealer and houses a complete car showroom. The circumstances under which the Evolution was built were quite unusual. Space was limited as a result of the height and the location, on top of a parking garage.
Neptunus ended up setting up scaffolding around the building and the materials were hoisted onto the parking deck using a crane. Neptunus also conceived a special anchoring system. The finishing process was equally important. The stairwell of the par king garage was fully integrated into the Evolution.
