Due to a large-scale renovation of the University Medical Centre in Groningen, Neptunus was asked to install a semi-permanent sports complex with a total surface of 600 m2.
Besides two sport halls, including dressing rooms and sanitary facilities, consultation rooms and a treatment room for physiotherapy were provided by Neptunus as a turnkey solution.
A special detail is that the height of this temporary training complex can be varied: The sport halls have a height of 10 m, while the treatment rooms and offices were given a height of 8 m.
This semi-permanent accommodation, which was taken into use in advance of a new construction project and will be used for a period of more than five years, cannot be distinguished from a permanent building. After this time, the accommodation can be completely disassembled and reused. | |
