Congress hall
NH Hotel de Leeuwenhorst in Noordwijkerhout had the première by being the very first to use the Evolution as a temporary congress hall. The hotel was busy with an extensive renovation and refurbishment project intended to consolidate its position as a top congress location. As the management didn't want to be forced to reschedule the events already planned and disappoint its clients, they needed a temporary congress facility. And very importantly,  "De Leeuwenhorst" had a reputation to defend, as it had been awarded the title of the best congress venue in the Netherlands. "De Leeuwenhorst" chose the Evolution from Neptunus for its luxurious ambience and flexibility. The congress centre measured 20 metres wide and 40 metres long, with an unimpeded interior height of 6 metres. The hall offered enough space for a congress audience of 750, including the stage. Thanks to the free span, the layout of the hall could easily be adjusted to suit any purpose. The Evolution features an aluminium spaceframe construction allowing the suspension of all the audiovisual equipment, effectively freeing up the floor space for the actual congress.
