| Neptunus Earns ISO 9001: 2008 Certification Quality and customer satisfaction have always been critical success factors at Neptunus. The ISO 9001:2008 certification now formally recognises the company’s achievements in these areas. ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. It focuses on achieving customer satisfaction by delivering superior quality and promoting continuous improvement. Other key components to the system include process improvement, purchasing management, employee involvement and internal audits.
