Evolution for Ice Rink at Natural History Museum
The gardens of one of London's most iconic buildings, the Natural History Museum, have been transformed this year for the foruth time into a stunning, wintry landscape. Neptunus played a major role in this makeover. From 8 November until 20 January 2008 London’s most spectacular winter attraction will be taking place. The gardens at the Natural History Museum are the venue for a Christmas Fair and visitors can put on their skates and enjoy the ice rink. On the edge of the 1000 square metre ice rink, Neptunus constructed an Evolution measuring 10x40 metres. To make the best possible use of the available space, the Evolution was supplied with an extra floor and a balcony, to guarantee a panoramic view of the bustling fair and rink.
