Audi Q7
To launch its latest model, the Q7 SUV, Audi staged a rolling Roadshow. Those lucky enough to be invited could see and test drive the Q7 at one of ten sites throughout Germany. Neptunus travelled with the Audi Q7 tour and provided all the temporary accommodation. The Audi Q7 experience featured a spectacular programme. Guests were welcomed in a beautifully decorated Alu Hall, which was divided into three zones. The reception took place in the first zone, the atrium, where a transparent gable created a spacious feeling. In the second area, the keys to an Audi Q7 were handed over to the guests for their test drive. The vehicles were displayed in various places in the tent, with floors with extra reinforcement replacing the standard flooring.The logistics involved in this event were highly complex, as two Roadshows were presented at the same time. One Roadshow in the south of Germany and one in the north. In the space of 5 weeks the entire promotional village was assembled and dismantled more than 10 times!
